Junior Financial & Real Estate Analyst

Primary Purpose:
The Junior Financial & Real Estate Analyst will evaluate business processes, identify business needs and develop strategies to maximize growth and efficiency opportunities. The Junior Financial & Real Estate Analyst will organize, help and support company processes and procedures.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Identify, implement and support the business operations team to assist in achieving business goals
- To proactively participate in information and knowledge building needs, annual planning process, and annual budgets with Senior Management.
- Collaborate with the departments of Accounting, Operations, Information Systems & upper level management to develop, lead initiatives, and strategies to optimize and improve internal processes, procedures, and information management needs.
- Manage business programs and processes on a day to day basis (i.e. vendor programs & Real Estate leases)
- Work as part of a cross functional development team lead to solve problems on ad-hoc projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- On-site regular attendance and punctuality are essential functions of the job

- Bachelor's degree or higher (working towards or graduated) in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Great team player with analytical critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Have passion for learning new technologies and enhancing existing skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter that can work well in a team environment
- Ability to adapt and respond in an evolving business environment
- Understands solution at the project level
- Excellent computer skills in Excel, Word and Power Point
