Tire Manager

As a Tire Manager, you will be accountable for courteous, expert customer service.You will possess a passion to excel and a drive to be the best in the field, while establishing a trusting relationship based on integrity and fairness with customers and showing a sincere concern for their needs.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills and previous experience in the automotive field.

Basic Job Duties will include:

Determining the customer's needs, addressing problems, complaints, requests, questions, and communicating the customer's needs to the service group and verifying the appropriate services have been completed.

Selling tires, automotive accessories, service repairs and preventative maintenance to satisfy customer's needs.

Maintaining current product knowledge on all tires, service and other product lines that are represented.

Preparing accurate estimates and billings for customers.

Performing tire & lube technician duties if necessary.

Education and/or Experience

Qualified candidates are required to have a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license. Five years of previous sales experience in the automotive industry is preferred.

Typical Work Hours:

7:30AM to 6:00PM Monday to Saturday (day off during the week - 5 day work week). Closed Sundays.
